Select Proper Width: To find the right size (band width) for your watch, measure the distance between the two lugs on the inside of your watch. The strap will only fit if the lug width matches the width of the strap.

Strap Length by Size: For 20mm bands, the length is 120mm+78mm, fitting wrists from 6.1 to 8.2 inches (155-210mm). For 22mm bands, the length is 125mm+78mm, fitting wrists from 6.2 to 8.4 inches (160-210mm). With a thickness of 3.2mm, these bands are compatible with most traditional watches and smartwatches with standard lug widths of 20mm or 22mm.
